They're not accredited with the Better Business bureau.They don't have a phone number. Apparently their headquarters are in Austria.
I was to get two pet trackers because they took over Whistle.
They're only sending one. Requirements for making an inquiry are the order number, but they didn't give order numbers!

Device is grossly oversized, overweight, and not good for any animal. I would not recommend this for anyone. I feel sorry for any animal that has to wear this.

No customer service number - doesn't work when outside of "home boundary"
There is no way to contact customer service. The alert doesn't go off when our dog leaves the boundary.
We went to the vet with our dog - tractive device on - we got an alert 2 hours later when we got home that he left our "home". What good does that do - if he had gotten out of our yard, we never would have found him.

I did not sign up for an auto-renewal subscription plan. On June 3, 2025, I was charged $218.79 for a subscription.
I no longer have a dog. I have already paid for two years without using the tracker.
I did not ask for a refund. This time I want my refund; I don't have a dog, and the tracker never worked properly.

No respose to my emails after promising to send a replacement tracker as my battery will not charge
The battery will not charge. I went to the "customer service" on line and typed in my problem.
"Dave" emailed me back asking me to fill in a form requesting a replacement. I did, got the same email, I filled the form again.
Then nothing for a week. Sent another email which was returned with the notice that the customer service email address was no longer being monitored!

I just bought a tracker from Tractive and have nearly had a nervous breakdown trying to download the App. They refuse my email address.my password or both.
They did however take my money instantly.
Quite disgusted. Never had this problem before and wish I had never bought a tracker for my dog from Tractive.

The dogs damage their unit and the unit stop working. The company open buts then closes a warrantee claim on the damaged units that needs to be replaced under the life time warranteesyop selling the tractive on Amazone

I chose a monthly subscription and was charged anually causing me to have credit issues with PayPal
. I had to get PayPal to dispute a refund.
Now I see there are no true monthly options to activate his gps. And therefore no way to track him.
This is *** I paid for his tracker there was no warning about annual billing plans before I bought it. Monthly payment plans for two years I understand.
But all in one go? Thats not an option afforded to everyone!

Pissed off customer.
Bought a new tracker for a second pup. Added it and then couldn't see our first pup on the tracker.
Bought a now one for our first pup and they sent us one that belongs to someone else and the ID number didn't match the scan code. Now the account is completely screwed. Trying to get in touch for the day and ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE!!! Might opt to return both units and start with a company that responds.
NO PERSON TO TALK TO!
I get that doing everything by the web is great, but you have to respond! Getting very frustrated.

They won't give me my order number. I need to return equipment unused. I have given all the information I have.

Cant find any way to contact them. No customer service number
Their "contact us" doesn't provide any way to actually contact them, its just a form where you are expected to provide your information and wait for them to contact you.
I'm sorry, but LEGITIMATE businesses have a PHONE NUMBER that you can CALL to reach a person to ask questions.
Contacting them to cancel my subscription is EXTREMELY difficult
I was shocked to see my account is on auto-renewal. I NEVER do that for anything.
I'm trying to cancel my subscription which payment is due tomorrow 4/20/2025. No phone contact is available.
I resent being charged for 2 more years and can't cancel prior to the due date. My dog passed away and I don't need this!

Verified ReviewerThey don’t want to replace my tractive
I paid for a premium plan which ensured a 5-year free replacement, but they told me now that it was only for 24 months. I paid for a 5-year plan! I had to buy a new one because they took too long to respond to my emails, even before they denied the replacement.

Bought 2 trackers. Before activating the cats deceased.
Tractive charged me the whole year. As well they charged another year automatically. When I tried to get a refund that simply told me to read the contract.
2 years 2 devices that were never turned on paid for and they refuse to refund. Terrible customer service
