Verified Reviewer |Resolved: I have 6 dogs. We had Whistle which Tractive bought. I can't get the tracking device to sinc up. No personal support . Sooo frustrating. My tech friends cannot get it figured out!
No customer service! Robotic answers do not solve my problem. It said Tyler is registered, but he does not show up.

I have tried to contact Tractive on a number of occasions via their website. They took a payment from my account without any prior warning or advice that the cost had increased significantly.
I cancelled the renewal and requested a refund.
The only acknowledgement I received was on my account, to say my subscription would cease in December 2027. I have sent further requests via their website, with no response.

Live tracking does not work, no location updates

This is ridiculous. Scammed me into paying for a year of subscription only for the tracker to stop working!
I cannot get a live position and it will not update and show me any accurate positioning.
It is saying my cat is over the road at the pools while her tracker is 2ft from me on charge. Not worth $10 let alone the $180 i paid.

I purchased a tracker and a two-year subscription. After a while, I got signed out of the app, and to sign back in, the tracker ID is required.
The ID is printed on paper on the underside of the device, where it has now worn off.
There is no phone contact available for the company, and the menu options do not provide a description of this problem. I can't find a way to ask Tractive for the ID number of the device I'm paying to track.

I signed up for the 2-year subscription (without Tractive Care) and my experience has been extremely frustrating.
I lost the tracker twice within a few days because the clip/attachment on the collar came loose. The first time I found it, the second time it was gone.
When I ordered/PAID for a replacement device at a discounted price, I selected the extra items I needed, a new collar and the rubber attachment, but the package arrived with only the device, nothing else.
Thats when the real problem started.
There is no phone number, no direct email, and no easy way to reach a human. Everything goes through automated chat threads, and the responses I received did not seem to address what I wrote. It felt like automated or template replies, because they referred to things that didnt apply to me (for example, mentioning Tractive Care even though I dont have it).
I asked for a solution, a refund option, or at least the correct way to purchase the missing collar and attachment. I even asked for someone to call me.
No clear answer.
No human. No resolution.
Maybe something went wrong with the order, or maybe I accidentally unclicked something, but I received no invoice, nothing appears in the app, and theres no easy way to check. Warning to future customers (based on my experience): If you dislike automated systems, this may not be for you. If you expect real customer support, be careful.
If anything goes wrong, getting help can be extremely difficult. The clip/attachment may come loose more easily than expected.
Getting a clear response or human assistance has been nearly impossible for me.
The tracker itself might be good, but the after-purchase support has been one of the worst Ive personally experienced.
If Tractive actually contacts me or resolves this, I will update this review. If not, then this is the final result of my experience.

Mad about no customer support
I can't get any help. I am to the point of returning my tracker but can't get any address to return it. I am losing money every day but can get no help.

I am having problems with my tracker and can't get hold of ANYONE for customer service on line or by email.
