I can't get back into my tracker service

I got an email from the tracker company about a free tracker when I try to accept it. It didn't work and now I can't log into my tracking app

i've been trying to change my password so I can get in for at least a half an hour and now I'm pissed. I want it resolved now.

I want to return the product and cancel my subscription.

I received the product less than 30 days ago and I want to return it and cancel my subscription. There is no phone number and no one to talk to. This product does not work for me.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They refused to refund it until I found the device.

I am currently out of work and have very little money. I got the app last year for my daughter and her cat, who no longer live with me.

Two weeks ago, I asked to stop the payment and gave all the details I could, including my bank details. However, they were of no help.

Do not sign up with them unless you're prepared to be stuck paying them. I am so angry.

Product worked less than 2 weeks. No customer service phone number. Website makes it terrible to try to get assistance. We are out the cost of the device & annual fee we paid for the online service

Customer service should be top priority and refunds should be possible and hassle-free for unsatisfied customers

I can't contact anyone about canceling a subscription. This is not acceptable I am canceling my order as well.

No contact info need a way to resolve issues cancel my order and subscription. Don't buy this product

Can't reach Customer Service.

I have a unit that won't charge and their emails keep directing me to a a page that is not helping me at all. There is a problem with this particular product and I can't seem to get help

Hi, you can go to help.tractive.com, select a category. if you answer is not right there, then you can click on the "Contact Us" button and get to Tractive customer service directly.

Cant contact customer service as my tracker is not working

My tracker has lost the ability to connect to gps or network and only works in blu tooth range of my phone which is pointless as this is within eyesight. The tracker also does not hold charge so battery issues there.

I have tried all of the trouble shooting hints including the reset a number of times and it still does not work.

You are unable to contact customer service and instead need to leave an email request, its been 2 weeks I have chase a number of times and no response, but they have tried to sell me another subscription via an email from the sales team. I am requesting my subscription back.

User's recommendation: You can give it a try its great when it works but the customer service follow up if there is a problem is useless

you can cancel your subscription yourself. It is pretty easy.

Just go to your account and it will prompt you to find how to cancel. I have had troubles with my GPS device and have jumped through every thing they way...They FINALLY are sending me another...

Their customer service sucks and you can not call them. It is ridiculous...

Ordered a tracker for my dog. I thought Id choose which subscription once I received.

Few days later, I was horrid to find that they had not only taken the cost of tracker but 2 years premium subscription, plus an extra £43 for insurance.

I managed to get subscription and insurance refunded quite quickly. I sent the tracker back via tracked, signed for post but despite having received it back, they wouldnt refund. Lots of emails and stress caused.

Only after giving bad review did they refund me. Awful company

No help friends from customer service

Good morning I have tried many times to set up on my new iPhone the account that was originally in my mothers name but I had it on my phone for my cat. There was some mixup at the start that it went to my mothers email address and not mine Now I have a totally new phone.

I am trying now for nearly 2 weeks to set up the tracker that I need for tracking my cat and his health because hes old but I can every time that I put in the details for my email address if you know you know ok? And then it just asks me to repay Again For another year or two years and I have already paid this year from june up until next June and I just want that to continue on this phone please can you give me a one of these codes that theyre asking me for like a voucher code or something so that I can get into it and start having the GPS tracking system working again on my phone, please.

Tractive stole money from my bank account

Tractive took $400 from my account with no warning. They claim they send invoices first. They do NOT.

Also there is no way to contact them.

User's recommendation: Do NOT bug their pet tracking product or service.

I’m very very dissatisfied and disappointed that I can not gain any contact from anyone for nearly two weeks. I was promised a replacement tracker on7th January, it’s now20 th snd I have still not rec

I have been waiting since 7th January for replacement tracker, was told it would be sent that day. Its now 20th and still not here.

Ive postponed my holiday because Im afraid to go without it. Im going to be forced to leave in a couple of days and am very worried about the safety of my dog. I feel very let down, none of my messages are being answered. Ive been a customer for over four years.

I feel totally let down.

No customer support.

I am in desperate need of speaking to a representative of tractiv. The current wiring cables used to charge my tractiv devices are absolute garbage.

I have had to put up with this garbage for over 4 years. I need to know if tractiv has dine anything to fix this problem. Every time I connect the charging cable to the unit it twists and turns and comes disconnected. I see a different charging "cradle" but have no idea if it will work with my devices.

PLEASE give me a number to call so I can talk to someone. Tractiv obviously does not give a da-- about their customers or their complaints. If you don't have to talk to them you don't have to listen to them.

What a wonderful company policy. No contact available.

There is no phone number to contact....Once my 2yrs subscriptions is done...I am cancelling and going with another service.

Can’t reach to replace lost tracker. How to get help from Tractive to replace my device? Web site claiming I am not using a valid email address.

Cat must have caught it on a fence and pulled it off. Couldnt find it using tracker and I need replacement using insurance.

Hugely disappointed with the service. i have a faulty tracker, sent emails for the last 24h and no response, no tel number, no call back no customer care.

i have recommended Tractive everywhere up until now.

Where is the logic to have 3-5 days response time on something that is done to track in real time. What is my cat supposed to do while you are deciding what and when to respond...
